Minas Garden Hotel Policies
PARKING
- Regular guests: R$ 30.00 per day (cars, SUVs, and pickups);
- Private customers: R$ 50.00 per day (cars, SUVs, and pickups);
- Sales representatives: R$ 15.00 per day (cars, SUVs, pickups, and motorcycles);
- Motorcycles (regular and private guests): R$ 20.00 per day, with parking handled by the rider accompanied by a staff member;
Monthly Parking
- R$ 200.00 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM) for guests.
- R$ 250.00 (Monday to Friday, 24 hours) for private users.
Payment Methods
Payments will be made directly at the parking lot with valets trained to operate the vehicles.
We accept: PIX, Credit and Debit cards (all brands), and electronic TAGs (Sem Parar, Veloe, ConectCar, and Taggy)
GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
- Wi-Fi Internet;
- Breakfast served from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM / Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM;
- We charge an optional tourism tax of R$ 2.00 per stay (accommodation);
- Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM;
We strictly work with payment at Check-in. Extra consumption expenses must be settled at Check-out in local currency, credit, or debit card;
Payments by check will not be accepted in accordance with Art. 315 of the Brazilian Civil Code;
Pets of any size are not allowed in the Hotel.
Smoking is not allowed on the Hotel premises, in accordance with federal law No. 12,546/11.
We do not have smoking apartments.
We do not accept pets.
CHILDREN'S ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Children from 0 to 04 years old in the parents' apartment will not be charged an additional rate; children aged 05 or older pay as adults;
Accommodation for minors under 18 without the company of parents or guardians or without authorization is prohibited, as provided in Art. 250 of the ECA - Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990:
Accommodating a child or adolescent unaccompanied by parents or guardian, or without written authorization from them or the judicial authority, in a hotel, guesthouse, motel, or similar: (Wording given by Law No. 12,038, 2009).
The authorization must contain a notarized signature, accompanied by a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians and the minor.
PAYMENT METHODS
The total amount of the daily rate(s) or package must be paid at Check-in. We offer installments up to 03 times interest-free on credit cards, with a minimum installment of R$ 150.00. Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, HIPERCARD, DINERS, and AMEX.
RESERVATION POLICY
To guarantee your stay reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the reserved period is required via bank deposit within 07 days of the reservation request and submission of proof, or via credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at Check-in. In the case of special packages such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and Holidays, the total amount must be paid in advance. We accept all types of credit cards.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE
No fee will be charged, only the eventual price difference between periods, observing the following deadlines: In low season, 10 days before the arrival date; In high season, 30 days before the arrival date; Note: Always subject to hotel availability.
Changes will not be made to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and holiday packages.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
It must be done in writing via email and confirmed by calling +55 35 3712 6000. Under Art. 49 of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days of its signing or receipt of the product or service, whenever the purchase occurs outside the commercial establishment;
- Reflection period: 15 days before the hotel check-in date, the guest will receive a 30% refund of the deposited amount or credit for new stays, which can be used within 01 year, subject to the hotel's price table and availability;
- If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the hotel arrival date, there will be a TOTAL LOSS of the amount paid for the package or stay;
- In the case of reservations made through partner sites (online travel agencies), cancellation or date change requests must be made directly through the site responsible for the reservation, exempting the hotel from any fines;
- For group reservations, please consult our reservation department via email: reservas@minasgarden.com.br;
- Withdrawal of stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will result in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate. Exceptional cases will be duly analyzed.
- For periods such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and Long Holidays, payment must be in full for the contracted package, regardless of early departure.
NO SHOW POLICY
Withdrawal without cancellation or failure to appear without prior written communication on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The room will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the paid amount), making the vacancy available for sale;

GENERAL RULES
- Visitors can be received in the TV room at the Hotel reception; their stay in the apartments is prohibited. In cases of meetings or private visits in the apartments, an additional R$ 100.00 will be charged on the daily rate;
- The use of the whirlpool and sauna must be scheduled at the Hotel reception;
- Massage services: availability and prices must be consulted at the hotel reception;
- The gym and games room can be used at no cost;
- Any object found in the hotel will be kept for a period of 90 days, cataloged in a record book. After this period, if no one claims it, the object will be given the most convenient destination at the Hotel's discretion. In cases of Overbooking, the hotel is responsible for refunding the full amount paid plus 10%;
- Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice, respecting confirmed and/or paid reservations. - In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1,467 and 1,470 of the 2002 Brazilian Civil Code, the Hotel reserves the right to retain all property in the possession of guests who do not settle their respective accounts;
The terms and conditions provided in this document aim to provide due notice and clarification to all clients, who hereby declare that they accept and agree with the provisions contained in the clauses above.
Pool / Bar Rules of Use
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
- Opening hours: Pool (from 10 AM to 10 PM) / Bar (from 3 PM to 10 PM).
- For everyone's safety, we suggest taking a shower before entering the pool.
- For everyone's safety, we suggest avoiding running, pushing, or practicing risky games in wet areas.
- For safety reasons, children under 12 must always be accompanied by a guardian.
- For safety reasons, the use of glass cups, goblets, plates, bottles, or sharp objects in the pool area is prohibited. For this situation, we offer disposables.
- For the good conviviality of the space, we already have a playlist with selected songs, so it is not necessary to bring speakers and/or play music directly from your cell phone.
- For the good conviviality of the space, we already have an exclusive bar with snacks, drinks, and beverages, so we kindly ask you not to bring food and drinks to the pool area. We have a varied menu specially prepared to serve you with safety and quality.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, we kindly ask you not to enter the pool in underwear, jeans, or similar – only appropriate swimwear.
- We offer safes in the apartments; therefore, the hotel is not responsible for personal objects left in the pool area.
